Lived here for 2 years, had to move for jobs. Overall, the experience was great. The location is great. Tons of places to eat within the walking distance. 2 CVS, various mail services and supermarket nearby. Close to Penn and there were many residents from Penn graduate programs

Clean safe, organized apartment building. The apartments are spacious compared to others in the same area. The working staff are so nice and friendly, The building is close to the school, supermarket, and pharmacy.
The building and the staff that work here are the best people, friendly, nice, helpful and responsible to solve any problems quickly and I highly recommend this building for living, very quite and sage!

Very nice community, staff members are friendly, very good service and amenities (gym, printer, free yogurt class, coffee machine, study room). The rooftop is nice, we can see then night view of center city over there. The maintenance requests are always taken care timely and efficiently
